How To Use Template In Joomla?

Hello All,
I am new to joomla ,can u plz tell me how to use outside downloaded template in joomla as thr is no option of “new” in template manager.plz help me .

You ‘install’ the templates the same as any other component or plugin. You got to Extensions > Install and select your template file and upload it into your system.
