you need the content to be in database and then fetch the same
otherwise the conversion would be long a daunting task

Flash and Joomla are two different platforms. One is a made in a web programming language (Joomla) and the other is its own platform. They are totally different.
The only way you could do that is to copy every image, text and stuff out of flash and into Joomla’s page editor. You wont be able to use Flash’s programming language in Joomla but you could embed the flash movie (not parts of it; THE WHOLE THING) into one page in Joomla.

yes there is a way, some guy designed a flash feed component for joomla, thus feeding the flash movie with articles…
