How To Replace The Header In Joomla?

Posted on April 7, 2009

I’m new to Joomla - how do you remove the “Joomla” sign and logo at the top, and replace it with text (name of my site) for right now?
Remove and edit it? Will a new template work best for adding in my own info in the header?
I hope I don’t have to add in a whole new logo of my own for this moment. Please advise, thanks.

Response to the question ” I’m new to Joomla - how do you remove the “Joomla” sign and logo at the top, and replace it with text (name of my site) for right now? ” didn’t help me at all. Please answer specifically how to replace joomla heading by another image or anything.

    with greetings
